中国の吉祥思想で「八宝」に由来し、それが室町時代に定着していった文様が「宝尽文様」です。

宝巻、丁子など吉祥文様が白抜きの宝珠の中にリズミカルに配置されています✨

また、見込み中央には、八角輪宝を模ったような模様の中に、重ねて隠れ蓑などが描かれ、まさしく”宝尽くし”な中皿です❗

色々な文様が詰め込まれているにも関わらず、端正な佇まい。季節を問わずお使いいただける中皿です。
